at Junction 28 (Tingley), take the road to Dewsbury (A653) approx 2 miles to
the 'Babes in the Wood' pub and traffic lights, turn right at the lights into
Soothill Lane. Travel the full length of the lane turning right at the T junction,
straight through the lights towards Batley Town Centre, along Wellington Street
take the 3rd left into Victoria Avenue, Mount Pleasant is at the top of the hill.
